Returns & Refund Policy – Maison Cottonverse
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn
• The item must be unwashed
• All original tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refund unless faulty.
